Atlantic Frontier Baseball Club

Premier Sports Academy (NL), in partnership with One Last Rep Sports Training (NS), Atlantic Baseball Academy (PEI), and Maritime Rapids Academy (NB), is proud to continue building the Atlantic Frontier Baseball Club — Atlantic Canada’s high-performance baseball program for athletes looking to compete, develop, and pursue opportunities beyond the region.

Frontier 2026: The Inaugural Season

Frontier’s inaugural season was groundbreaking.

After securing Atlantic Canada’s only bid to the Baseball Canada Morneau Cup Ontario Qualifier, Frontier travelled to Ontario in May 2026 and punched its ticket on the Road to Okotoks. Following the qualifier, Frontier remained in Ontario to compete in the 18U Perfect Game Canadian National Championship before heading west in July to compete for the Morneau Cup in Okotoks, Alberta.

From qualifying on the road, to competing on the national stage, Frontier’s inaugural season set a high standard for the teams that will follow.

The impact of our roster extended well beyond the field:

More than half of our players have moved on to play college baseball this fall.
Three Frontier athletes were selected to the 2026 Blue Jays Academy Showcase: Alex McGrath (NL), Jack McCarthy (NL), and Jake Trask (NS).
Parker MacKenzie (NS) was selected to represent Canada at the PBR Future Games in Georgia.

Year Two Is Underway

With the inaugural season behind us, Frontier Year Two is officially underway.

Tryouts have begun across Atlantic Canada as we look to make the program bigger and better, expanding Frontier into multiple age groups and creating more opportunities for Atlantic Canadian athletes to train, compete, travel, and showcase themselves at the highest level.

Frontier remains committed to athletes who train and reside in Atlantic Canada, providing a regional pathway that allows our best players to pursue high-performance baseball while continuing to develop at home.
