Due to the current health and safety climate and the additional expectations for businesses to ensure a safe and clean environment, until further notice, only those who have booked using our online scheduling tool will have access to the facility. Those who enter the facility without having a booking will be asked to leave or return to their vehicles to book prior to entering the facility.
BOOKING POLICIES:
In order to maintain a first right of refusal and confined time slots, all invoice payment plans for long-term rentals must be paid. In the event of a shutdown, all hours owed will be accumulated, and are available for use in the future. The extended time where the hours may be used will be equivalent to the length of business closure.
If you wish to discontinue, you will be subject to the standard cancellation fees (1 months notice).
Premier Sports Academy Inc. requires a minimum of one (1) months notice to cancel any recurring membership agreement.
All recurring memberships will be auto-renewed upon expiration, with an automated invoice sent for payment. You will have seven (7) days to cancel or make a payment on the new membership. Cancellation of an auto-renewed membership within seven (7) days is penalty free.
All discounted memberships must be completed to term or a penalty reflective of the discount plus the membership rate will apply. I.E. 1 year membership @ $50.00 per month, discount of $100, membership cancelled after six months. Six Month membership cost is $60 per month = $10 X 6 = $60. Discounted rate of $100 divided by 12 months = $8.33 per month multiplied by 6 months = $50. Total penalty equals $110.
Any cancellation due to inclement weather, or any other issue that causes Premier Sports Academy Inc. to be closed that has a schedule impact greater than 10%, will be rebooked to a later date.

A waiver and release will need to be signed prior to accessing the facility.
Due to limited availability, Premier Sports Academy Inc. requires a 20% down-payment to secure bookings.
There is a mandatory minimum of one (1) weeks notice, in writing before a scheduled booking time slot can be cancelled for a 100% refund.
Any booking may be cancelled for a 100% refund within 24 hours of booking confirmation, provided the request is not less than 72 hours from the scheduled booking time slot.
Any cancellation less than one week from the scheduled booking time slot will incur a 20% fee.
Any cancellation in totality of a long-term booking agreement where discounted rates have been applied, the cancellation fee will be equal to the difference between the posted rate ($280) minus the booking agreement rate for services already rendered. I.e. (Discounted rate of Y, agreement cancelled after 15 hours of services already rendered, cancellation fee: $280 – (Y) multiplied by 15 equals = penalty.
Any cancellation requests within 72 hours of booking time slot is not eligible for a refund.
Any cancellation may be rebooked to a future date penalty free, provided:
1. The rebooking date is within three (3) months of the original booking time slot
2. The balance of the booking is paid in full
*Note this rebooking policy has a one-time allowance per booking. Any time slots rebooked are 100% non-refundable.
Any cancellation due to inclement weather, or any other issue that causes Premier Sports Academy Inc. to be closed will be rebooked to a later date. A booking or program registration may only be refunded if Premier Sports Academy Inc. receives a written request within 24 hours of the facility closure, or notification of closure by Premier Sports Academy Inc., whichever occurs first. All programs that have been paid for and that are currently in session are not eligible for a refund.
