As Premier Sports Academy trains various athletes and caters to different programs simultaneously, we have adopted a Participants-Only policy, with no spectators.
Drop-off & pickup outside only.
***The one exception to this will be youth/toddler programs. If allowed, it will be one spectator per child, and it will be specifically noted in the program advertising.
Our first priority is the health and safety of all participants who use Premier Sports Academy. Preceding or during inclement weather, we will follow the most up-to-date road conditions by monitoring the decisions made by public transportation.
- If Public Transportation is operating, PSA will remain OPEN.
- If Public Transportation is NOT operating, PSA will be CLOSED.

Due to the limited number of participants accepted in Premier Sports Academy camps, groups or private lessons and the amount of time put into program design, we do not offer refunds, and all sales are final. If you are unable to attend the camp in its entirety for any reason, please notify us, and a credit will be kept on file to be used towards another program. Credits are valid for one year from date of purchase.
Long-Term Development Programs
For long-term programming that is billed monthly, you may choose to cancel at anytime before the next month and subsequent payment due date. After an invoice has been generated, that amount is due, and any cancellation notification thereafter will apply to the following invoice.
As there are thousands of people who attend Premier Sports Academy, we do not have the ability to accommodate lost and found items long-term. All unclaimed clothing and sporting equipment items will be put in a lost and found for a short period. Three times per year, we donate all clothing items to charitable organizations: (beginning of summer, beginning of fall, and Christmas).
- We do not donate sports equipment.
- Water-bottles etc. are disposed of immediately for health and hygiene purposes.
***Premier Sports Academy is not responsible for the loss of property/clothing/equipment that has been left unattended.
Premier Sports Academy Inc. requires a 20% down-payment to secure facility rentals, which will be applied to your total bill. If you cancel your booking, this down-payment is non-refundable. If you choose to reschedule your booking(s) outside of 72-hours, you may do so one-time free of charge. Multiple re-scheduling's or rescheduling within 72-hours will result in an additional fee of $100.
As the designated Baseball NL High Performance Facility, Premier Sports has an agreement in place that allows BNL to rent the facility for an entire weekend once per quarter, with a minimum of one (1) months’ notice. In this situation, PSA will provide you with alternate availability, an extension on your rental, or a credit to be used at a future date.
Any cancellation due to inclement weather, or any other issue that causes Premier Sports Academy Inc. to be closed will be rebooked to a later date.
Any Credits due to COVID-19 Related Cancellations Must Be Redeemed by 11:59pm on Dec 31st, 2021 (After this listed date the credits will no longer be valid).

Premier Sports Academy Inc. reserves the right at any time to discontinue service to a customer with a past-due account for which services have already been rendered.
If an account is past-due and the customer has a card on file, Premier Sports Academy Inc. will charge the card on file to acquire any outstanding amounts past 30-days.
