As Premier Sports Academy trains various athletes and caters to different programs simultaneously, we have adopted a Participants-Only policy, with no spectators.
Drop-off & pickup outside only.
***The one exception to this will be youth/toddler programs. If allowed, it will be one spectator per child, and it will be specifically noted in the program advertising.
Our first priority is the health and safety of all participants who use Premier Sports Academy. Preceding or during inclement weather, we will follow the most up-to-date road conditions by monitoring the decisions made by public transportation and other sources.
If PSA closes, we will first post on social media, then contact clients directly.
Participants and groups who use the facility may only use equipment and areas deemed essential for their bookings as outlined in an agreement between Premier Sports Academy Inc and the rentee.
All participants must also wear proper equipment for the approved activities.
(Batting Helmets in batting cages at all times)
Groups must be able to show the full and safe ability to perform activities that may put participants at risk before being granted permission to do so by Premier Sports Academy.
(i.e.: Understanding how to use pitching machines, knowledge of how to throw batting practice safely, etc.)
USE OF EQUIPMENT THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
(IF YOU ARE UNSURE PLEASE CONSULT WITH A PSA STAFF MEMBER)
As there are thousands of people who attend Premier Sports Academy, we do not have the ability to accommodate lost and found items long-term. All unclaimed clothing and sporting equipment items will be put in a lost and found for a short period. Three times per year, we donate all clothing items to charitable organizations: (beginning of summer, beginning of fall, and Christmas).
- Water-bottles etc. are disposed of immediately for health and hygiene purposes.
***Premier Sports Academy is not responsible for the loss of property/clothing/equipment that has been left unattended by participants.
All Sales Are Final.
Premier Sports Academy has a no cancellation, no refund policy.
IF a health condition prevents participation, please contact us directly.
We may allow for rescheduling if notified in advance.
Premier Sports Academy Inc. reserves the right at any time to discontinue service to a customer with a past-due account for which services have already been rendered.
If an account is past-due and the customer has a card on file, Premier Sports Academy Inc. will charge the card on file to acquire any outstanding amounts past 30-days.
Following the allowable actions of our E-commerce platforms.
All services have a no cancellation policy and are set to auto-payment. Some programs contain an automatic renewal clause. Please read the terms and conditions of each item before purchasing.
From this point forward, all participants or organizers (on behalf of their participants) must sign a liability waiver in order to access Premier Sports Academy Inc. - no exceptions.
Premier Sports Academy Inc. reserves the right to change or update any of these policies at anytime or without notice.
Dev Program Payment Structure (Year 4):
PSAs Dev Program has a total cost per program, not a per-month cost.
1x program has a total cost of $1,500, prorated over 12-months (=$125/m).
2x program has a total cost of $2,400, prorated over 12-months (=$200/m).
3x program has a total cost of $3,240, prorated over 12-months ($270/m).
This has been the preferred payment method since year-1 of our program.
For those who are wondering when their payments end, it is based on your initial registration:
If you signed up in June 23' your payments ended in May 24'
If you signed up in July of 23' your payments ended June 24'
Etc.
If you see payments extending beyond the 12-month mark, please contact us immediately and we will correct any issues.
